Terms of service

Preselected is a UK service that works on how AI assistants describe and recommend your business. Contact us any time at hello@preselected.app or on WhatsApp.

For £1,000 a month we work on your business by hand: we check how the major AI assistants answer questions in your category, then improve the signals behind those answers — mentions, reviews, and consistent information about you across the web.

You get a report each month through a private report link showing what we did and what changed.

AI assistants are third-party systems. We don't control them and nobody can guarantee a specific ranking, wording, or that your business will be named in any given answer. What we do guarantee is the work: consistent, hands-on effort on the signals those systems read, and honest reporting on it.

Payment is £1,000 a month by standing order from your bank account, starting when you set it up. Your first month begins once your first payment reaches us.

Because a standing order is controlled by you, you can change or stop it in your banking app at any time. If a payment doesn't arrive we'll email you before pausing work.

Cancel whenever you like — there's no minimum term and no notice period. Cancel the standing order in your banking app and let us know so we can close things off cleanly. Work continues to the end of the month you've paid for. We don't pro-rata refund part months.

We don't take on a business that directly competes with an existing client in the same area for the same service without telling you first. If you'd like a broader written exclusivity, ask us and we'll agree it in writing.

You confirm the details you give us are accurate and that you're authorised to act for the business. Where we need access to a listing or profile, you'll provide it. We won't publish anything untrue about your business, and we'll ask before making anything public in your name.

Nothing here limits liability we can't limit by law. Otherwise our total liability to you is capped at the fees you've paid us in the previous three months. We're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit.

We may update these terms; if we make a material change we'll email you. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
